Storyline

Two new Narcotics Control Department inspectors in Japan, Kurabayashi Hal and Eto Kai, go up against infamous Ryuugen drug ring as well as drug traffickers, gangs, assassins, psychopaths, and enigmatic organisations. But Kai, the kind and considerate member of the group, has his own problems: under certain conditions, he may transform into a cold-blooded murdering machine. Answers started to come to light as the NCD sought to stop Ryuugen, posing a threat to uncover the identity of the young criminal investigator and the truth of Kai’s alter character.

The protagonist

Kai Et is a brand-new drug investigator for the Kanto region. Despite Kai’s sensitive nature and his reluctance to do anything harsh or damaging to others, Kai may transform into a violent alter ego when faced with anything that causes him sorrow or tremendous emotional hurt. Kai’s parents were killed by Sawaki when he was seven years old. While Hal’s father’s hypnotic signal caused his violent persona to sink, erasing memories of the crime scene and Switch with it, Kai’s violent persona rose to defend him (the mythical drug).
